Improving customer management for wind energy supplier
A Dutch wind energy supplier experienced significant growth, but had an outdated customer management system. The Sustainables did research on how to replace and improve this old system as well as possible. To this end, a complete analysis has been made of the existing CRM system and overall business processes, in which critical factors and areas of improvement are identified. Thus, a new customer management system was designed and implemented, making the company’s system and processes significantly more effective.
